Andrew, age 44, has over 21 years of experience in private equity investing, corporate strategy and development, and operations. He has 9 years of successful private equity investing with Ameritech Development Corporation, Hill, Carman Ventures and Marquette Venture Partners. In 1997, Andrew joined Level 3 Communications as its fifteenth employee. He held various senior executive positions in marketing, business development, strategy and operations, and was a key contributor to building Level 3 to its current industry leading position. Andrew left Level 3 in 2004 and focused on private equity investing prior to co-founding MONTIS CAPITAL. He earned his MBA from Harvard University and his BS from Yale University.

Adam, age 40, has over 13 years of experience in private equity investing, corporate strategy and development, and investment banking. Adam began his private equity career with National City Equity Partners, where he helped to build an $800 million investment portfolio in the lower-middle market. He subsequently held various operational roles and directed corporate development, strategy and investments for netLibrary, a private software development company, and for Alexander & Baldwin, a public company with operations in transportation, real estate, energy and agriculture. Adam started his career with Smith Barney, Harris Upham & Co. executing M&A transactions and financings in the equity and debt capital markets. He earned his MBA from Kellogg at Northwestern University and his BA from Williams College.
